About David Brees
I am a self taught baker and I minored in art with an emphasis in sculpture. I found out I could do this work when one day I was watching a show called "Ace of Cakes". As I watched I thought to myself, "This is just like sculpting with clay, I can do that".
Well, it wasn't as easy as it looked and it took me a while to get the hang of working with cake as a medium. I forgot to add that until i watched the show, I had never baked anything!!! That was a whole different challenge.
